We realize that you may need a certain idea of value and may need to know if you are in range of that value before proceeding with the order. We do provide comparable ranges for returning customers and we do accommodate new customers. But we also realize that many lenders shop ranges to different appraisal firms trying to get the highest ranges. We discourage and won't assist in that practice. Send us an order sheet with the subject information and your contact details and we will endeavor to accommodate your request. We do have one request, if the comparable range is satisfactory; we ask that you use our services for that report.
